Job Summary

This position will assist the graduate Supply Chain Management (SCM) program director with various activities such as recruiting students, advising SCM majors, organizing information sessions, and supporting student organizations and competitions. Additionally, the coordinator will support the director by working with TAs/RAs, participating in course scheduling, tracking class enrollments, and preparing assessment reports.

Minimum Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field or any equivalent combination of education and experience. Four or more years of administrative office experience in an academic environment. Excellent computer skills with various programs and ability to work with specialized databases. Outstanding customer service skills.

Preferred Education and Experience

Excellent oral and written communication skills.
