Job Summary

This position provides management, leadership, support, and coordination for UT Dallas’ Office of Enrollment Services, specifically related to enrollment communications and marketing functions.

Minimum Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree and 5 years experience in field of expertise.

Preferred Education and Experience

- Experience developing and implementing marketing strategies for higher education new student recruitment;
- Ability to perform industry research and analyze data to measure effectiveness of advertising initiatives (ROI);
- Experience working with multiple types of systems;
- Experience planning for, evaluating, and documenting problem areas and resolutions;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work in a team environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Direct all functions and activities of the Office of Enrollment Services’ Communications & Marketing Team;
- Establish and implement short- and long-range organizational goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures;
- Monitor and evaluate operational effectiveness, and effect changes required for improvement;
- Participate in planning and management of annual budget for functional area of organization;
- Design, establish, and maintain an organizational structure and staffing to accomplish team goals and objectives effectively;
- Carry out other duties and projects as assigned.

Additional Information

This position will perform the following specific tasks in relation to the Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with recruitment and program directors to create annual marketing plan, e-mail, physical mail, and texting campaigns, and ROI analysis for domestic and international new student enrollment (Freshman, Transfer, and Masters cohorts);
- Supervisor Enrollment Communications & Marketing Team;
- Coordinate with UT Dallas’ Office of Communications to create electronic and physical advertisements and mailings as well as website and social media initiatives;
- Oversee marketing and advertising vendor contracts, budget planning, and tracking;
-Identify new opportunities for incorporating CRM into marketing and recruitment initiatives.
