Job Summary

Will sweep, mop and wash floors in hallways, lobbies, rooms and offices; vacuum and clean rugs; clean and restock restrooms; dust or wash furniture; carry out and dispose of trash; other duties as assigned
Must have a valid Texas Driver License and clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and MVR Record Review for safety.

Minimum Education and Experience

- High school, GED or an equivalent diploma.
- Six (6) months experience in custodial and general maintenance work.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; ability to read, write, communicate and understand written and oral instructions in English.
